Mark Emonet is the President and CFO of Lipsey’s, bringing more than 23 years of operational and financial leadership to one of the nation’s largest independently owned firearms distributors. Throughout his career, he has overseen key functions including logistics management, contract negotiations, facility development, charitable outreach, and company finance. In his role as president, Mark continues to mentor teams, strengthen company culture, and guide day-to-day operations. Recognized for his steady leadership and deep industry knowledge, he plays a central role in supporting Lipsey’s long-term growth and partnerships as the company celebrates 70 years of serving dealers, manufacturers, and customers nationwide.

SENIOR VP of REGULATORY SERVICES @ ORCHID ADVISORS

Phil is an attorney with extensive experience in firearms law, regulatory compliance, and industry operations. Before being with Orchid, he previously served at Remington Outdoor Company, where he led corporate compliance across ATF, import, and export (ITAR/EAR) functions and advised on the development of ammunition, suppressors, pistols, modern sporting rifles, and imported shotguns. His background also includes regulatory guidance during acquisitions, major facility relocations, and SAP ERP implementation. Today, Phil helps clients prepare for ATF inspections and defend their FFLs against revocations. He is a recognized expert in firearm classifications, GCA and NFA regulations, state firearm laws, and comprehensive compliance strategy for the industry.
