BSP Appoints Nicholas Harris as First Chief Delivery Officer

20-year ERP delivery leader to unify implementation, managed services, support, and AI consulting under a single organization

Business Solution Partners (BSP), a NetSuite Solution Provider serving manufacturing and distribution companies in regulated sectors, recently announced the appointment of Nicholas Harris as Chief Delivery Officer. The role is newly created and reports to Chief Executive Officer Paul Auffermann.

Harris will lead delivery as a single organization across BSP's NetSuite Implementation, Managed Services, Support, and AI Consulting practices, with responsibility for resourcing, capability development, delivery methodology, and the systems and tooling that support repeatable client outcomes.

The appointment follows a period of growth for BSP, which has earned two consecutive NetSuite Private Equity Spotlight Awards - Carve-Out in 2025 for its work with TRP Labs and Rapid Scaling in 2026 for CTL Corporation - while expanding its practice areas alongside investment from Columbia River Partners.

Harris brings more than 20 years of experience in business systems leadership and ERP solution architecture. He joins BSP from Forvis Mazars, where he standardized the professional services delivery toolkit and AI-enabled infrastructure for a growing NetSuite consulting practice. Previously, he spent seven years at RSM US LLC, a top-10 U.S. accounting and consulting firm, leading a multinational delivery team of more than 40 consultants and overseeing a strategic portfolio centered on business and professional services clients.
