What time does training start?
Registration is from 8:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Class runs 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. There is a one-hour lunch break around noon and two short breaks throughout the day.

What do I wear?
Most people wear "business casual" clothes. Suits and dresses are not usually worn. It is a good idea to bring a sweater or jacket as the climate of the room may vary throughout the day.

Is breakfast/lunch provided? If not, where do I go for breakfast/lunch?
Both breakfast and lunch will be provided.
There are many local deli's if you would like to purchase your own food.

Will I receive CPE credits for attending class?
No, BSP is not able to offer CPE credits at this time.

Will I have chance to talk one-on-one with the instructor?
Yes! During the day the class takes two short breaks and the instructors are available to answer any questions you may have. The instructors are also available after class to meet individually with students and answer questions.
