Building your Integrated Enterprise Solution We're all aware that there's an explosion of demand for information. Customers want more information about their orders, your products, their accounts, and your support. They want it by phone, by FAX, and by e-mail -- and they want it now. And suppliers and employees are no different. Satisfying the demand for all this information means accessing and transferring data from a variety of enterprise systems -- and that means integration of IT. Cobbling systems together in a piecemeal fashion won't get the job done. You need to get information from anywhere in your company to anywhere in your value chain at any time. That's a tall order, but if you don't deliver, customers will eventually look elsewhere. To realize the full benefit of integrated IT, you'll need a vision for your integrated enterprise. It will have to incorporate your company's entire infrastructure and it's ability to move data from application to application at speeds and volumes that will continue to grow over time. Furthermore, your vision has to be scalable to handle future integration, whether it's adding new e-commerce applications or adding systems from unanticipated mergers and acquisitions. This 3 Part seminar series is designed to educate the CXO and their staff on the need to integrate your business systems, the technologies available and how to do it painlessly and effectively.
